Abigail singing

Abigail loves to sing. It is a complete joy to hear her sing with me, to a cd or all by herself. Enjoy the video. We sure did!

Where's Grandma?

Abigail truly enjoys when Grandma visits. She had a blast with her yesterday. Thank you Grandma, we love you!

She did it again!

For the second time now, Abigail has gone pee-pee on the potty! Lastnight before her bath, I kept asking Abigail to pee-pee before she got in the tub. I was checking the water in the tub and Abigail got up from her potty and ran down the hallway naked calling for Grandma (she's visiting for a few days). I looked and sure enough, Abigail did it! I think the running water may have helped. She was so excited. We are so proud of her! One day closer to being diaper free!

Sick bug at the Robinsons

For almost a week now, the sick bug has been an unwelcome visitor at our home. We are definitely a sharing family! It started with Abigail on Wednesday, then Mark on Friday and now I've had it for the last couple days. Please pray that we all feel better soon.

Playing in the sand

Here are a few pictures of Abigail playing in the sandbox area at the park tonight. Notice the sand in her hair! She had so much fun! Until next time...God is good! All the time!

Exciting news!

Abigail went pee-pee on her potty for the first time tonight! We've had a toddler potty in the bathroom for months now. She knows what it is and we've encouraged her to use it for awhile now. She often sits on it especially before her bath and before she gets her teeth brushed at night. Well, tonight we went to the park after I got home from work and she got tons of sand in her hair. As soon as we got home, I started to fill up the bathtub and got Abigail out of her clothes. I turned the water off and Abigail was sitting on her potty. I thought the trickle I heard was the water dripping from the tub faucet but no, it was Abigail! Mark and I praised her over and over again. She was so excited! We're know this is only the beginning of potty training but we are definitely looking forward to being diaper free!

Visit with family

We traveled to the Charlotte, NC area for my nana's funeral this week. Thomas and Rachel were gracious and let us stay with them while we were in town. We are blessed with a wonderful family! It was so great to spend time with them, we just wish it was under different circumstances. Abigail really loved playing with her cousins, Caroline and Jacqueline. Genevieve, the newest addition to the Dunning family, is too cute! I got a few pictures of the girls playing and some of Abigail at the playground. Until next time...God is good! All the time!

Nana passed away

My nana (dad's mom) passed away at the age of 93 on Saturday, March 12th. She was diagnosed with terminal cancer a couple weeks before. The love of her life, Grandpabud, passed away in 1998. Nana died 72 years to the day that they were married. She had 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Please pray for my family during this time.

Rockwood Park

We headed over to Rockwood Park on Saturday since we had another good weather day. Abigail is becoming more fearless. She enjoys climbing and loves the twirly slide. Rockwood Park has a dog park and Abigail just loves watching all the dogs run and play. We'd love to get her a dog some day. The park had a special day with a few wild animals at the Nature Center. Abigail got to see an owl, some snakes, a toad, a chipmunk, some turtles and bees. She was very curious and had a great time. We really like the free entertainment and especially when Abigail can learn new things. Enjoy the pictures. Until next time...God is good! All the time!

Such a good climber

Look at me!

Hold on!Look at her go!
